Pricing: compounded Semaglutide+ (formulated with B12 and glycine) starts at $99/month, and Tirzepatide+ (formulated with B6 and glycine) starts at $174/month. The fine print that actually matters

“No membership fee” doesn’t mean no fees at all. The program carries a 3-month commitment, and cancelling early can trigger a $99 pre-visit administrative fee. There’s also a $199 chargeback fee if you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead of resolving it with NewSelf directly, and a 50% surcharge added to any balance that goes to collections. A real regulatory finding, stated accurately

The FDA sent NewSelf a warning letter on February 20, 2026 (reference 721472). After reviewing the company’s website in December 2025, the FDA found that NewSelf’s product labels identified “NewSelf” as though it were the compounding pharmacy, when it isn’t, and flagged claims that the products contain “the same active ingredient as Ozempic & Wegovy” as potentially misleading. It’s important to be precise about what this is and isn’t: it’s an action about labeling and marketing claims, not an FDA finding that the medication itself is unsafe.
