About Ferguson Home Promo Code & Discounts (2026)

Ferguson Home is the new name for Build.com and Ferguson’s showroom brand. It sells bathroom, kitchen, lighting, appliance, hardware, fan, flooring and HVAC products online and through showrooms. If you’re hunting for a Build.com coupon code, you’re in the right place, since it’s the same store.

The short version: we haven’t verified a working code, so we don’t list one. What Ferguson does publish is clearance pricing, quoted prices on big orders, Pro pricing, free shipping thresholds and a 90-day return window with real exceptions. Here’s how each one works, from Ferguson’s own pages.

Is there a Ferguson Home promo code?

Plenty of coupon sites list Ferguson Home and Build.com codes. We haven’t tested them, so we don’t pass them on. Ferguson’s Terms of Sale say it doesn’t offer discounts beyond the deals and specials it posts on its own sites. In practice, the savings that are actually documented are the ones below.

Ways to pay less

  • Clearance Center: exclusives, overstock and closeouts across bathroom, kitchen, lighting, hardware, appliances, tile and more. Clearance items can’t be returned for a general refund.
  • Special Pricing quotes: for a remodel or a contractor bid, you can call, fax or fill in a form to get a quote. Quoted prices stay valid for 30 days unless your sales associate says otherwise.
  • Pro account: trade professionals can register for Pro pricing and a dedicated account manager.
  • Free shipping: standard ground shipping is free on orders over $49, and freight is free over $1,499, in the contiguous U.S.

Shipping

Per Ferguson’s shipping policy, standard ground takes 1 to 5 business days after warehouse turnaround, second-day and next-day air are also offered, and each product page shows when the item is expected to leave the warehouse. Big or heavy items go by freight and arrive curbside, so you move them from the curb. Alaska and Hawaii prices don’t include shipping, which is quoted separately.

Return policy

Ferguson says the Build.com return policy carried over. Its returns page sets these rules:

  • General items: 90 days from receipt, refunded minus return shipping, with no restocking fee. The item must be unused and uninstalled, in the original box, and not clearance.
  • Appliances: 30 days from purchase, set up by phone, factory sealed and unused. If you’ve claimed a post-purchase rebate, it can’t be returned.
  • Furniture: final sale.
  • Tile and flooring: at least one full carton, and leftovers aren’t taken back.
  • Refund timing: allow 5 to 10 business days after the warehouse receives the item.
  • Return costs: heavy freight returns are charged a flat rate per pallet, taken from your refund.

What customers complain about

Be realistic here. On Trustpilot, fergusonhome.com scored 1.7 out of 5 from 36 reviews and Build.com 1.5 out of 5 from 456 reviews when we checked on October 27, 2026. The complaints repeat: backorders and delays, slow or missing refunds, damaged freight items and hard-to-reach support. Trustpilot says it doesn’t fact-check reviews, and the fergusonhome.com profile is unclaimed, so the scores don’t speak for every buyer. They’re still a warning worth reading. Ferguson also says backordered items are charged in full at checkout, and an item that has already left the warehouse can’t be cancelled.

Is Ferguson Home worth it?

Worth it if you’ve picked an exact model, the product page shows it ships soon, and ground shipping works for you. Read the return rules for that product type before you pay.

Skip it if you’re buying furniture (final sale), a special order, or a backordered heavy item with a tight remodel deadline. If you’d rather see products first, Ferguson has showrooms with one-on-one consultations.

How we checked this

We read the Ferguson Home pages linked above, plus its Trustpilot listings, on October 27, 2026. We haven’t ordered from Ferguson Home, and the figures are Ferguson’s own terms, which can change. Earninger earns a commission if you buy through our button. It doesn’t change your price, and we don’t give cash back or points on Ferguson Home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a Ferguson Home promo code?

We haven't verified one, so we don't list any. Ferguson's Terms of Sale say it doesn't offer discounts beyond the deals and specials posted on its sites. Clearance, Special Pricing quotes and Pro pricing are the documented ways to pay less.

Is Ferguson Home the same as Build.com?

Yes. Ferguson says Build.com and Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery are now Ferguson Home. Existing Build.com logins work on fergusonhome.com, and Ferguson says the return policy is the same.

Does Ferguson Home offer free shipping?

Yes, on standard ground shipping for orders over $49 and on freight for orders over $1,499 in the contiguous U.S. Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii is priced separately.

What is the Ferguson Home return policy?

Most items can be returned within 90 days of receipt for a refund minus return shipping, with no restocking fee. Appliances have 30 days, furniture is final sale, and clearance items aren't returnable for a general refund.

Is Ferguson Home legit?

It's a real retailer, a Ferguson Enterprises company, with showrooms and a published return policy. Trustpilot scores are low, though, mostly over delays, refunds and support, so check ship dates and return rules before you pay.

How do I get a quote for a big order?

Use Ferguson's Special Pricing service: call, fax or send the form with your cart number or contractor bid. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless your sales associate says otherwise.
