Earninger (“Earninger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Ealizon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through earninger.com (the “Service”), why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account: your email address and password (stored encrypted). We never see or store your PayPal password or financial account credentials — withdrawals are processed by PayPal directly.
Cashback and transaction data. When you click through to a store from Earninger, our affiliate tracking network partners and the retailer’s own tracking systems record that click and any resulting purchase, so we can credit the correct cash back to your account. We receive the order value, commission amount, and order status (pending, approved, or declined) from these networks — we do not receive your card number or full order contents.
Referral data. If you join through a friend’s referral link, or refer a friend yourself, we record the connection between your accounts. If you are a referrer, you can see whether your referral has reached the threshold required for your bonus, the date they signed up, and their username — this is disclosed here because it is also disclosed to your referral in these terms.
Content you submit. Store ratings, coupon “did it work” votes, and missing-cashback claim submissions, associated with your account or, where you are not logged in, a hashed identifier derived from your IP address (used only to prevent duplicate votes/ratings, never to identify you personally).
Email list data. If you sign up for “notify me” alerts on a store page, we store that email address and the store you asked about, solely to send you an alert when that store adds a new coupon. This can be done without creating an account.
Automatically collected data. IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via standard server logs and cookies. We use essential cookies (to keep you logged in and attribute your purchases for cash back — the Service cannot function without these) and Google Analytics to understand site usage. A full Cookie Policy with a self-service preference control is in progress; until it launches, email support@earninger.com to ask about or object to any specific cookie, or use your browser’s cookie controls to block Google Analytics directly.
How We Use Information
- To track and credit cash back to your account, and to detect fraudulent or duplicate claims.
- To process withdrawals through PayPal.
- To send transactional email (account, withdrawal, and cashback status notices) and, where you’ve opted in, marketing or coupon-alert email — every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
- To operate the referral program, including verifying eligibility and preventing abuse.
- To improve the Service and investigate technical issues.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with:
- Our affiliate tracking network partners, to attribute your purchases to your account — the specific network name is available on request by emailing support@earninger.com.
- PayPal, to process your withdrawal — governed by PayPal’s own privacy policy for that transaction.
- Brevo (our transactional email provider), to deliver account and cashback emails.
- Google Analytics, to measure site usage.
- Law enforcement or regulators, only where legally required.
Your Rights (California and Other States)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its “sale or sharing” (as those terms are defined by California law) — we do not sell personal information for money, and we use Google Analytics for site-usage measurement, which may fall within CPRA’s broad definition of “sharing” depending on its configuration. Email support@earninger.com to opt out today; a dedicated self-service control is in progress. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others) have similar rights. To exercise any of these, email support@earninger.com.
Data Retention
We retain account and cashback transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after to comply with tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. Notify-me email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe.
Children’s Privacy
Earninger is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
International Use
Earninger is operated from the United States and is open to users outside the U.S. By using the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the United States. We comply with U.S. sanctions and export-control law and may restrict access from sanctioned regions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
